We currently only offer shipping to customers of the United Kingdom.
How do we calculate Postage & Packing Charges?
The amount we charge you for postage and packing is based on the weight of your order. The only exception to this is if you have frozen goods on your order, in which case you will send your order on our TNT next day before noon tariff.

- Royal Mail 2nd Class - For orders under 1kg
- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
- UK Mail
- Royal Mail Special Delivery
- TNT Next Day Before Noon
What's our next day delivery cut off time?
For guaranteed next day delivery you must place your order with us before 12pm.
Do you deliver on a Saturday?
Both Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class can be delivered on a Saturday for no extra cost. Royal Mail Special Delivery and TNT next day before noon can deliver on a Saturday but for an additional cost.
Frozen Goods Additional Information
When you order frozen goods from us they packaged in a thick polystyrene box filled with polystyrene peanuts and dry ice to keep your goods frozen. All frozen goods must be sent using the TNT next day before noon delivery service.
If you place your frozen goods order after 12pm on Thursday or on a Friday, we will not be able to deliver your goods until Tuesday unless you pay the extra for Saturday Delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for frozen goods defrosting should you miss TNT's first delivery attempt.
Returns Policy
Should items arrive damaged please contact us so we can arrange the items return. On receipt of the item we will: Issue a full refund plus the postage cost of returning the item (Providing you use the postage method we specify). As a buyer you have the right to return an item upto 7 days after you have received it, providing it has been unopened. If you wish to do this please contact us to arrange the return. You will however have to pay the postage fees to return this item to us. On receipt of the item we will refund the value of the item.
Please note we are unable to accept returns for Frozen and Live Goods.
